A Kurdish delicacy: Roasted Goat Heads with hot chili pepper.

This dish is called Ser Ă» pĂȘ. Traditionally it is made with goat heads and feet. But it can be only the heads or only the feet. In Kurdish, 'Ser' means 'head', Ă» means 'and', 'pĂȘ' mean foot.

Hi i'm kurdish and i am native of diyarbakir this plate's name is SERĂ»PÊ traditionnaly we did it with head AND foot But it can be only the head or only the foot SER means head Ă» meand and PÊ mean foot serkeftin
