Old Eucalyptus tree in Mt Tamalpais State Park, near San Francisco. This tree is located near the Dipsea trail, just North West of the Steep Ravine canyon trailhead.
This is a 6-min long-exposure taken at night, with a tripod and a fisheye lens. You can see some star trails on the left side.
The glowing light behind the tree is from a renegade birthday party. This explains the bags around the tree and people napping on the ground nearby.
It looks surreal.
