Dead and injured water buffaloes after truck accident (India)

One of them was not too badly injured and managed to get on its legs. This is the lucky one that you see here waking with the men. The one laying on the ground is among the dead.

This is the aftermath of a terrible traffic accident involving a cattle truck carrying live water buffaloes. Several buffaloes were killed, and only a couple survived.
