Keep Ganga Clean Sign on the Ghats of Varanasi (India)

This sign is quite dirty (muddy), presumably from the previous monsoon flooding. But the water quality of the Ganges river has improved in Varanasi. The water is not like the raw sewage it used to be, and there are fishes. I even saw a hawk catching a fish in the river, in front of the Ghats.
