This is the hull of Wihan Sejahtera Ro-ro Ferry ship, which sank in 2015, after hitting an underwater obstacle (all 204 passengers and crew were saved).

A marine crane was used for the salvage. The Wihan Sejahtera wreck has now been salvaged and removed, read at kominfo.jatimprov.go.id/read/umum/bangkai-kmp-wihan-sejah....

The Wihan Sejahtera sunk after hitting a pile frame (spud holding) that had accidentally been dropped 2 days earlier by the barge Cai Jun 1, see fdokumen.com/document/putusan-nomor-hk21006iiimp16-berben....
