Waterfall near Mawlynnong in the East Khasi Hills, in Meghalaya (India)
The waterfall goes down probably about 100 meter (70 feet), towards a very narrow gorge that seems unreachable without climbing ropes. Only the top of the waterfall is visible on this photo.
This was during the dry season. You can imagine the raging waters during the monsoon. It was already a bit dangerous scrambling down steep rocks to reach this point, after that that the waterfall becomes vertical and very high, and there is no easy viewpoint.
