I don't recall ever seeing a sign that says "Non-Christian is prohibited to enter the church".
However, in India, Mosques and sacred Hindu shrines are often forbidden to people based on their faith or religion. This type of discrimination bothers me.
Spotted this sign near the Asfi Mosque in the Bara Imambara in Lucknow (India)
