This is the type of armored car used by the Turkish Police in Adıyaman (Turkish Kurdistan)

It appears to be a Turkish-built Otokar AKREP, which looks very similar to the Panhard VBL (Véhicule Blindé Léger = Light armoured vehicle).

The Akrep (Scorpion) is a Light Armored Reconnaissance Vehicle developed and produced by Otokar Otobus Korseri, and based on the Land Rover Defender 130 Military (and very-much inspired by the Panhard VBL, but Panhard confirmed that the Akrep is a shameless copy of their vehicle, not built under any Panhard license).
