Award Winning Photographer Jordano Cipriani is napping after shooting all night and early morning of Vasant Panchami Snan (an important bathing day), at the Kumbh Mela 2013 Hindu festival near Allahabad (India).

He had an official Press Pass card. I didn't have one but I managed to get past the fences and through the Police lines with the other "accredited" photographers.

I only had one DSLR camera (s Sony A55) and a couple of lenses and a bunch of batteries, and already i felt that carrying 3 Kg of camera equipment in this circumstances was hard enough.

Kumbh Mela is the largest festival on Earth, taking place once every 12 years, with more than 50 million Hindu pilgrims gathering to pray and bathe in the holy Ganges river.
