Shop selling green bags of herbal Mehndi paste (Delhi).

Mehndi (henna paste) is applied on the skin using cone shaped paper containers pierced at the tip end, and that are slowly squeezed to get the henna paste out.

The large decorated cones on the bags are just to tell people that this is a Mehndi store. The real small cones are in a box, on the left.

Mehndi is made with Henna, a natural dye extracted from a plant.
