SS Red Oak Victory ship - Richmond Kaiser Naval Shipyard (near San Francisco).

Launched in 1944, SS Red Oak Victory ship is the last surviving cargo ship built at the Kaiser/Richmond shipyards.

"Victory ships" were used for transport of goods, ammunitions and personnel.
