Ancient tunnel in volcanic tuff in Bali

I am not sure what this tunnel was used for. It is curved and parallel to a road, near a temple. The tunnel is naturally lit by the sun, through many openings.

Beautiful Pic. Made more interesting in that their religion doesn't allow tunnels. Been an issue with them building this new underpass there. Where abouts is this?
