Rock Salt Mining in Salinas Grandes (Jujuy, Argentina)

Workers are collecting salt in large sacks. The supply is almost limitless.

This is is one of the largest salt flats (dry salt lake) in the world, located in northern Argentina, not far from the famous Salar de Uyuni (Bolivia).
